Warranty & Return Policy

You can return any new or unused item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase, 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items or electrical products. If your product has been used, see warranty return instructions.

To return the unused item call us to request a Return/Exchange form to be completed, this will need to be present in the box(es) with the item(s) to be returned. For a more timely return please mark the invoice number clearly on the outside of the all boxes that you are returning.

When shipping the items back to us please use United Parcel Ground Service (UPS Ground) and insure the items for their full value. This will protect you against any loss or damage during shipping, Power Adder Solutions is not responsible for product's being shipped back for return. Items being returned must be paid by customer, Power Adder Solutions will not accept any collection shipment.
